AMENDED FINAL PROGRESSION ORDER

matter is before the Court on the parties' Unopposed
Motion to Extend. (Filing No. 32.) The motion is
granted. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the provisions of
the Court's earlier final progression order remain in
effect, and in addition to those provisions, the following
trial and pretrial conference will not be set at this time. A
telephonic status conference to discuss case progression, the
parties' interest in settlement, and the trial
and pretrial conference settings will be held with
the undersigned magistrate judge on August 10,
2020 at 3:00 p.m. Counsel shall use
the conferencing instructions assigned to this case to
participate in the conference.
telephonic interim status conference will be scheduled, if
necessary, following the mediation in this matter, which is
scheduled for December 13, 2019. The parties
shall notify the Court no later than December 17,
2019 as to the outcome of mediation and if mediation
is not successful, if the parties want the Court to schedule
an interim status conference.
deadline to file any motion to strike a party's jury
demand is February 3, 2020.
deadline for serving initial mandatory disclosures under Rule
26(a)(1) is December 30, 2019.
