Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.
II, III and IV of the Indictment are dismissed on the motion
of the United States as to this defendant only.

States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of
three (3) months on counts I and V, said terms of
imprisonment to be served concurrently.

as close to Omaha, NE as possible.
2. Defendant should be given credit for time served.
